Polarized Sunglasses w/ Tint (Ceramic, Metallic, dyed)
Can users post their experience with polarized sunglasses and window tint? I'm supposed to have ceramic tint and when I look through my window with my polarized sunglasses on, I do NOT get the rainbow effect. When I see other cars on the road, I see the rainbow effect on probably more than half the cars on the road and some of those I can make a fair assumption that they would NOT spend $400 on tint.
So, please post: Ceramic with Polarized - Yes or No rainbow effect Metallice w/ Polarized - Yes or No rainbow effect Dyed Tine w/ Polarized - Yes or No rainbow effect I started to get paranoid that the installer could've made a mistake and given me plain dyed tint . I'm sure that happens all the time.

I had ceramic and I had a super slight hint of discoloration.
That actually reminds me... What in the world happens with Mercedes and why do their back windows always look like crap with polarized glasses? Obviously the designers don't look at their cars (or back windows) |
