IP address ban

Jason, Mark......I've PM'd you guys about this before but with no response or action taken. Its been quite some time now since that ban was lifted, a very long time, and yet my IP is still banned. I have made peace with both of you and it was agreed that all was well. Those days are WAY WAY in the distant past, so may I please have my IP un banned. Thank you.
