Logic 7 Stereo Imaging Too Centered

For me the Logic 7 stereo imaging is too narrow and sounds like it is all coming from one speaker on the dash.

Has anyone disconnected the center speaker? Does anyone know the easiest way to do this?

What kind of music are you listening to? I've found that that "Cinema" mode tends to center stuff more than I like. Try both music mode and DSP-off (niether option checked) before you start messing with speakers.

Just leave the surround sound off and you won't get music coming from the center speaker.

Surround off is definitely best.

This is a good suggestion and I do like it better with no DSP. However, I would like some control over the center speaker. I guess I am just spoiled by my old Audi Bose which has a very wide image and places only the vocal dead center.
