Mayweather vs. Alvarez... let the debate begin

This mega fight is scheduled for September 14 in Vegas. This will be the one to watch (for me, the one to attend). I think it's also a way better matchup than Mayweather vs Pacquiao. I love both fighters, I think both of them are skilled, smart, fast, and have the experience to back it up. Yet I think Canelo has the slight advantage in terms strength. If Money finds a way to avoid his power punches, he might have a chance to win.

Nothing agains Canelo but I think Money May is quite a defensive fighter with a good power. I think I'm gonna put it the other way around, if Canelo can find a way to hit Money then he's had a good chance here. I'll probably put my money on the same name.

Based on what I saw against Cotto I think that Mayweather has his work cut of for him. Canelo is aggresive and has something to prove. The kid has stamina and packs a punch. Floyd will have to get on his bicycle and it will all depend on how effectively Canelo can cut off the ring. Cotto made Floyd bleed and this is a fighter that has gone through some MAJOR wars along with devastating losses to Margarito & Pacquiao.

I don't see it so close, If Floyd can avoid getting cut off, then he wins by running. But if he gets caught. Yeah, this one I will pay the money to see.

canelo gets to lazy after the first few rounds man, seen a few of his fights. if he can ge money in the first 3-4 rounds i think he will be alright.

Both of them have accrued a substantial number of wins in heir professional career. That's why I feel both fighters match up closely when it comes to having a smart fight strategy and also making smart decisions when it comes to exchanges (As much as I love seeing a Brandon Rios bombs away type of fight).

Conditioning is going to play a huge role in this fight. I think if money finds a way to avoid Canelos fierce power punches and gets to round 7- he'll take the win. However, if Canelo lands a few clean shots and rattles money, his record is going down the shitter.
