I want to do the alpina b3 6AT flash

Ive read of people doing it on teamviewer? No clue what that is but Ill pay someone to help me get this done correctly.

go buy the $35 k - DCAN INPA cable off eBay and let me know when you're ready to setup the software. I was the first in NA to flash my car and I can't say enough about the flash. It's night and day... Makes the car so much more drivable.

K I got teamviewer downloaded, know where do I get the daten file from and know that Im getting the right one?

Go to kickass torrents and search "DATEN v49" and you can get the DATEN there. Click on "Nate" below it and you'll see download links for standard tools 2.12 which you'll need as well.

The daten file I was emailed a link to is about 5GB

Guys, the software installation is a bit challenging. When you get everything you need, let me know and I will help you get things setup. Last thing you want to do is not get something setup and brick your car in your driveway.

The flash shouldn't even start unless everything is set up right. You really run a risk though if your battery is weak and you don't use a power supply when flashing any module. Getting Winkfp working will likely not be enough though, you will need ncsexpert set up to code the module afterwards and INPA to clear errors.

That disk is pretty much worthless. I don't think any of the Chinese vendors have updated to bmw standard tools 2.12
