waiting to order 2014 335 xi

anyone have an idea when the lease program will come out?

i know production started or should start this month.

if it came out can you please post the breakdown

They killed the residual to 58% on 36 months with 15k miles a year so they can push the 2013's. I have a 2014 waiting to catch a boat hopefully this week on the 9th. Not worth getting a 2013 at this point.

ya its a bummer - hopefully theyll push those 2013s rapidly. i am doing ED in august so signed the deal this month but hoping when i take delivery the RV will come up so i can get a better deal then ...

I'm sure by Sept the RV will be more in the ballpark of "fair" again.

2013's finish production by 7/12, so by the time shipping and selling lag catches up, the RV will improve.

I am hoping that we get at least 1% back on the RV for August, when I will reasonably expect to take delivery of mine, fingers crossed!

so the residuals are low bc they're trying to push the 2013s? that's total bs, that's not how depreciation works at all.... but they run both arms i guess.

These numbers are used to calculate monthly payments for the car, if u search you can find a spreadsheet that automatically does that for you.
Every month bmw fs issues these numbers as price variables. U can also search for definitions of both if that's what u were asking

There are great lease calculators out there. I have one for the iPhone I use that is spot on and is called LeaseMatic. It breaks out the entire deal for you. Unfortunetly I don't see the residuals coming back till October since they are still building 2013's in SA and plan to wrap that up by the beginning of August. By the time those 2013's hit the states it will be into Late August and as far into late September.

They did the same for 2013's last year. In December the residual was 58 and now it's 62

Your CA/SA can't modify the residual, and cannot go below the minimum MF set by BMW FS.

So how are you getting .00127 instead of the .00147?

127 is also the buy rate on the '14s. They were just marking it up slightly
