What do you guys think?

Hi I am not new to the forum and maybe most of you know me because I often ask stupid questions, but today I finally made my decisions and ordered my 1st BMW Please give me some opinions of the negotiated price.

My 08 328i coupe (black on black with Alum)
Steptronic
Power seats
Navi
Premium Hi-Fi

MSRP $41645
Invoice $38795
Quoted $39600

I will get my Production # by Monday (the dealer said the delivery date will be late Oct - early Nov. dealer replacing my place with someones elses so it's faster delivered), and will talk about the lease rate a week before my delivery date.

She said I don't need to drive that fast lol
She did let me get the zsp, but I don't because I don't like the sport wheels that comes with the 328I and don't want to change the performance tires for winter. But I really liked the sport seats.

Hey, that power could be used for safety issues...like making left turns on six lane roads when you need that extra oomph . Nonetheless, nice choice...black on black is sleek looking...

Oh, just realized that you live in NYC...yeah...you really don't need that oomph I guess.

i went with the 328 but got the zsp. i love the wheels and the seats. i would really look into adding it for the seats. you can always sell or trade the wheels.

first, I think the price is fair.
Second - the ZSP would have cost you $1200 (if so on e92), you ge the best seats, bigger wheels. Upgrading the seats later is not an option and if it were, they go for $7k/apiece. The ZSP (197) wheels are wanted here and you could have sold them pretty much for the price of ZSP, and more with the tires...pretty much break even on the set of new wheels + tires on the replica wheels...

Its not a bad deal but for 2500 more you could have gone for the 335 (and its still not too late) my car came out to be 42500 for the 335 coupe, 6-speed manual, sport package, leather interior.

Do keep in mind that Logic 7, power seats, xenon headlights, sport suspension, are standard for the 335.

It's funny that you mention that. I actually prefer the 328i coupe sport package wheels over the ones that come on the 335i. I guess you can always go aftermarket.

I do love the seats, but I am leasing the car to cut down my monthly expense, since its a leased car I really want to save the time to mod the car.
