All parts are OEM straight from a 2011 E90 335i Sport Package

2. OEM heated, auto-dimming mirrors (glass only), $250
3. OEM Sport heated steering wheel with Sport Cover, $250

5. OEM light switch cluster (turns on the lights, fog lights), $40

Sure, they're available! The dead pedal is that black thing on the left; brake is just the cover for the brake (since the metal part is attached to the car) and the accelerator is the whole module that screws into the ground and connects to the cable.

I'm very interested in the grills if they are still available.

I'm also curious about the steering wheel. Do you know if it is a direct replacement for the stock, non sport package wheel?

Yup, grills are available. I'm pretty sure the wheel would fit, but you should double check. I know there are others who have gone from standard to Sport / M-Sport / M3 wheel, so it's doable.
