LCI E92 fender question

I'm generally pretty good at fitment wether it be stretch n poke or good ol fashion track setup but I was wondering if the e92 LCI have less room in the fenders due to the longer axles like the LCI e90 does or is it the same as a Pre LCI e92?

I believe they have less room, hence require different offsets than pre-LCI. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, though.

I'm very confident that the offsets for e92 and LCI e92 are the same. This is a better question for the Wheels/Tires section of the forum though. I am positive it has been covered in detail already.

Not worried about the wheel widths or offsets just if the Axel is longer or not but thanks

Not 100%, but I'd bet they are the same.

I've used the same wheels on pre-LCI and LCI. And when I'm running my VMRs I let my brother run my m sport stock wheels on his pre LCI e92. We've never experienced any problems

This is what Eddy from Apex Race Parts told me when I PMed him about wheel offset choices for my '11 E92:

Quote:
You have an LCI E92 so your rear track is pushed out an extra 8mm on each side. The 18x9.5" ET35 is an easy fit on the pre-LCI models with a 265/35/18 rear tire, but it's right at the limit for your car. depending on the tire it may clear the fender fine, or it may rub. If you're willing to roll rear fenders then the 9.5" ET35 with a 265 will definitely fit. Alternatively you could install a 255/35 tire but that would not be as significant of a performance increase.
Assuming that he is correct about the LCI e92 having the longer axles just like the e90, then there should technically be less room given that the fenders are the same.
