All Aboard the TURANDOT!!!

Just got word that my 428i is in fact on the Turandot headed for NY now! Should be docking in New Jersey on september 26th!!! So excited that means first week october i will have my car!

Who else is with me?

Ya i know...feel bad for dude on the west coast and mid states. NY is the first port my ship stops at once leaving europe

Lucky guy! How did you find out?

I was hoping my 435i xDrive Sport Line would be on the Turandot, but the 800# still says it's waiting for a ride to the port. And using my VIN to check whether it is cargo on any ship does not give a result either. I was hoping the 800# would be wrong, but no such luck. Sigh.

Best thing to do is call and talk to a an actual rep...they have much more info then the system would let you believe. That would be your best bet

Congrats man! Don't forget about the likely EPA/Monroney hold which could delay your car 1-2 weeks after it hits the port. Maybe this has already been taken care of due to the press vehicles already being in the states but I'm not sure if they are exempt.

Ya i really Love the Gray/Red combo!!

When i ordered the car they were only offering it in Xdrive for the north east. I ran my CA ragged until he found a rear drive allocation for me from another state. I really did not need the cold weather package. Heated seats all you need...i hate those stupid headlight washers on my current E92.

I see, that explains N26 engine selection. I ordered GS with CR.

Dropped my ED F31 at Munich airport three weeks ago tomorrow. Ever since the 800 # has said only "enroute to the port of exit". It was making me crazy. Finally, today, I found out I'm on the Turandot. About to leave Zeebrugge. Can't wait.

When was production completed on your car? Mine was done on the 6th of September and apparently is at the port awaiting a vessel. I'm hoping it's on the same ship but I doubt it. By the way it's a 328i F30 in Mineral Gray with Coral Red leather! Great combo.

Mine was scheduled for sept 6th but was moved up to the 3rd. I had just missed the boat that left before the Turandot. Boats leave weekly to NY.

Definitely nice combo!! Its really the only way to go
