bms dpfix error 2c77 2c78

Hey guys I got a dpfix from a member here. I double check connections and when I reset all codes and after about a min I get 2c77 and 2c78! What could be wrong?

Those are the codes you will get if the rear o2 sensors are basically unplugged or the sensor is dead, so either you messed up the install or you have the setting way to far to one end of the spectrum or another - instructions say start with the DPFix set to 5 o'clock and adjust to 6 o'clock if you get codes and go from there.

Double checked install. I did start the settings at 5 and went from there. Still same thing!
