Single Turbo + ER CP / Tial BOV = Weird Noise?

Alright guys, I seem to have an issue here with my custom single turbo setup using the ER Charge pipe. I am getting a high pitch noise when it's part throttle and I let go off the throttle.

You can hear the noise clear as day at the 44 second mark.

I have tried a softer spring, changing out vacuum lines, and I directly hooked the vacuum line from the BOV to the intake manifold, still same issue. Please note in this video my boost gauge is not hooked up.

You need to log to see what your boost spikes to when you let off before the BV discharges. I'm not hearing anything wrong. I have Forge DVs and they make an URCH sound when they discharge. I get about a 2 to 3 PSI surge before they discharge.

How old is the bov? They can get dirt and stuff in them that make higher pitch discharges from the cylinder scratching on the dirt when it opens.

Make sure it's the 11psi spring required. I had to disassemble my brand new tial and lube the inner guide. After that mine started working perfect for the last year. You may be having the same issue. From what i can tell it's not blowing off correctly.

Didn't you put a different vaccum source on your intake?

Still comes from the manifold just drilled and tapped a -4 line in lieu of the small stock nipple. This was done months after i had issues with the tial.

So you had fixed the issue by lubing the tial then you did the mod tp the intake...I see! What did you lube it with?

Yup. I used this stuff call cristolube. Any light lithium grease will work. Once apart you'll see the guide inside. I even put a thin coat around the seal. Which to my amazement is still there and hasn't collected dust or dirt or anything. Make sure the spring is seated properly and the force is even all the way around the piston.
