Single Turbo + ER CP / Tial BOV = Weird Noise?
Alright guys, I seem to have an issue here with my custom single turbo setup using the ER Charge pipe. I am getting a high pitch noise when it's part throttle and I let go off the throttle.
You can hear the noise clear as day at the 44 second mark. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v...type=2&theater I have tried a softer spring, changing out vacuum lines, and I directly hooked the vacuum line from the BOV to the intake manifold, still same issue. Please note in this video my boost gauge is not hooked up.

You need to log to see what your boost spikes to when you let off before the BV discharges. I'm not hearing anything wrong. I have Forge DVs and they make an URCH sound when they discharge. I get about a 2 to 3 PSI surge before they discharge.

How old is the bov? They can get dirt and stuff in them that make higher pitch discharges from the cylinder scratching on the dirt when it opens.

Make sure it's the 11psi spring required. I had to disassemble my brand new tial and lube the inner guide. After that mine started working perfect for the last year. You may be having the same issue. From what i can tell it's not blowing off correctly.

Didn't you put a different vaccum source on your intake?
