Question about Transmission.

Hi i've got a few questions to ask about the transmission....
ok so I drive 07 335i (e90)and tt has 82k so far. untill yesterday my car would always jerks on stop and when shifting 2nd to 3rd (only 2-3). For some reason, it stopped jerking (2-3) from yesterday and today and shifts smooth like my car feels little heavy feeling? I live in TX and the temp. here right now is around 50-65. Can the cold weather can changed the habits of the transmission? I have read some threads about the transmission jerk and looks like people fixed the problem by replacing mechatronic solenoid and by changing trans. oil. Has anyone had same symptom as my car? if so what did you do to fix it? THANKS FOR READING!
