How to wire LCI MTech paddle shift steering wheel on LCI car without sport wheel?

Hi

I have been searching and reading the numerous threads on retrofit paddle shift but I have failed to find one with the exact same combination.

Facts:
I have bought a complete LCI paddle shift wheel like this guy was selling:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/attach...2&d=1353016292

I have an E91 2009/11 LCI without sport wheel (and shifters). I understand that I need to install the two wires in steering wheel column and connect them to the gear shifter harness.

My questions are:
- What pins goes where in the gear shifter harness? Which one shifts done and which one up?
- I need to modify the paddle shifters by removing one resistor and bridging the other – correct?
- Do I need to make other changes in the wheel?

Thanks
