Probably long gone and looks like he is banned but this BT Cable didn't have any vins left on it. So I got F***ed, opened dispute with Paypal.

I got burned on one while back, same thing, no VIN left and opened dispute with paypal and lost. I even marked the payment as "goods" but the scammer responded with that is "software" and paypal does not cover software dispute. So they ruled against me. This is the reason why I don't buy any used electronics that require any type of software to run it.
