Getting my Cobb Accessport v2 today. I have dci intake only. Any suggested maps to start with? Any pointers? Any treads I should read?

If you are running 91 octane run the Stage 1 sport map and if you are running 93 octane run the aggressive map. If you haven't had your spark plugs replaced within the last 25k miles or so be prepared for the tune to expose them as needing replaced.

Do a search on how to data log to make sure everything is in check. Enjoy!

What Jstang said. Run the Stage 1 map that matches your octane and then grab a datalog a day or two later.

Stage 1 Aggressive should be ok. If you didn't change your spark plugs yet you should. You will likely run into misfires if you didn't change them with that much mileage.

Misfires

Do those misfires happen on regular driving or just when you hammer it?

Wide open throttle. It's because your spark plug gap over time get's too large for higher boost. They should be replaced every 25K on tuned vehicles.

Also to add to this, I would recommend buying an ignition coil on ebay. They go for $40 and it will come in great handy when you get a misfire. It is a VERY easy fix on your own, where the shop will charge you around $250

+1. Always keep a spare around. That reminds me, I used my last spare month or so ago and need to order another.

Thanks!
