Have the wires to the injection coil been damaged? You may have to have the Ignition coil harness tested as it may not be sending enough energy. I would also through a compression check tool and see if you have a leak (that seals as the car warms up).

I'm going to run my cobb on next cold start to check. If thats the problem, thats a huge repair bill...

I'm in the same position... driving me crazy. I don't even care anymore. Everything is new. I think this engine just hates cold weather...

Normally I agree to not need to touch the gap on plugs but you should double check them anyway.

One guy was tearing his car apart for months then finally realized during install he bumped a few spark plugs and that was causing the problem the whole time.
