Protune or JB4/BMS flash?

I just bought Dps, cobb AP V2, afe intake, 7"fmic just waiting to get them...
I have a JB4 g5 now, it's pretty good
So sould i get rid of the jb4 and get protuned by PTF or BrenTuning...
Or keep the jb4 and get bms flash?
trying for 400 AWD hp...

I wouldn't recommend running any full E85 tune without a proper dyno tune. I know that both PTF & Bren would be able to remote tune you, and then finalize the tune if you were able to get some dyno time (which is what I'd do).

I'm an advocate for running strict flash, specifically because you'll get a complete data set when you data log and why stack when 1 tune can do the job without any additional interference? Honestly you're just adding more places for things to go wrong, especially when the piggys are just "boost controlling" with the flash controlling ignition timing, VANOS, fueling, etc.

Yeah i am thinking about a Bren protune.
I don't like PTF doesn't list a phone number....

Honestly man, PTF is not a business I would worry about. Quality through and through.

The guys at PTF are quick to respond. They work day jobs so they can't be answering the phones all day but they will respond every evening if you need to communicate with them.

If you are 6mt , go with ptf. Jake tunes very well. If you are 6at, and your logs show flatlining, go with jb4/bms back end flash....at least until cobb comes up with a solution for the automatic flatline.

It's the only thing holding me back from a protune right now, though i'll still end up rolling with PTF. The work they do is too good, i'm fully confident they will figure out which table is being a PITA about torque limiting post shift.

We try to respond as quickly as possible to people when they reach out to us. Unfortunately, between work, sleep and home life it can take a little time to respond. Add to that a lot of our customers are in different states, time zones, countries and even continents it can add to the difficulties. Like I said, though, we do our best.

Don't worry about it... PTF tuned my car and if I ever had issues/took logs and had questioned, I could email any of the PTF guys and have a response within a few hours (so long it was sent at reasonable hours of the day).

Haven't regretted going with PTF one bit. E-tuned my e92 and it has made a world of difference. Jake@ptf was great, responses were prompt and all my questions were answered. Looking forward to working with them in the future on an e85 blend and when I install my DPs

Either tune will be great both the guys at PTF and the guys at BMS know what they're doing. FWIW I hit 400+awhp on JB4+BMS flash with turbos not even hitting target boost. Trying to get my turbos replaced then I might head back to redyno to see if I pick up any power
