Muffler tip if you are not planning to get another exhaust system.
Black matte grill for start.

Upgrade to another set of OEM wheels. I like the style 162, which is found on the 330i and 335i. They are 18", but I think you will be fine.

Garage List
Get rid of the plastidip. They make the car look like junk and like you're 16. Find some 189 or 162's for a few hundred on here. They'll make a huge difference

Save your money for the exhaust. Get a muffler delete it sounds perfect and not very loud. Get a black grill along with a M3 rep bumper and LCI halogen headlights

Like I said before take care of all the preventative maintenance work now and have peace of mind then get into the mods.

Personally I'd go with this route
1. Rims (the ones you have got to go)
2. suspension
3. exhaust (I had the bmw perf and it sounded awesome)
4. Swap out the halogen headlights for OEM BMW HIDs.

That is pretty much it.. If you still got some cash to blow get a AA tune. If your care is automatic it will be worth it just for the improvement in shifting and it will take away that annoying lag when you kick the gas pedal down; and the few extra HPs it will give are a plus too.

Pass on intakes. They won't make any difference in your car. If anything cut out the charcoal filter (open the intake take out the OEM filter the charcoal filter will be behind it. it is attached to the box itself) and maybe put in a K&N drop in filter.

Get rid of those wheels, they make your car look base model and cheap. Then get Mtech rear bumper and a performance diffuser. I may be biased since I have the performance diffuser but I think it looks the best. Some cheap quick mods are black grills, front splitters, and muffler tips.

Wheels, coilovers, manifold, intake, PE exhaust, tune, 2nd cat delete, and scoops I guess. Thats pretty much all you can do performance wise to a 328 without shelling out big bucks.

The first thing I do on my cars is get the calipers and rotor hat painted black. Not only does it look nice but it keeps that nasty rust off. There is nothing worse than having a nice set of rims and some rusty ass calipers behind them.

What wheels would you suggest to make it look more luxury?
