Another Happy LSD Customer

I finally pulled the trigger on an LSD. I have an e92 FBO and was tired of the one wheel burn outs.

After going back and forth on which brand/vender...I finally decided to contact Mike at Vac Motorsports. I had them build a Quaife which showed up on my doorstep within 3 days. After It was installed I sent my core back for a refund. This was a very painless procedure. Mike could not have offered any better customer service and the price was the best I could find.

In addition, I need to thank the best installer I know. Robc1976 did an amazing job. (As usual) I'm pretty particular about my car and I can't tell a difference from stock until I start to lose traction and both wheels hook up. There is no clunk, no other sounds or vibration. I couldn't be happier!

I just got the same LSD from the same source and will be installing this weekend. Hopefully the install goes as smoothely as yours sounds like it did...

I'm so ready for the bushings. If only this Arctic weather would stop! We need to move some place warm.

$900 for the core and $50 for their crate/packaging. The $50 was charged at the time of purchase (which houses the built lsd) and is later refunded once they receive it back with your core. They really make this an easy transaction for a fairly significant modification.

So wait you but the LSD for 1600ish and get a 900 refund for your core?

I wish! There is a cost for the lsd, for the build and for the core they use to install the new lsd in. I'm not sure what the current price is? I got mine during the special they had last month. I would contact mike at vac.
