How long do rates and incentives lock?
Ordered on Dec-10, counting on December MF/Residual and Turnkey+Loyalty... Because of the holiday shutdown, my car is still waiting at the port, bound for the west coast.
My CA says that they only lock for 60 days from program-end, though I've seen 90 days (west coast) mentioned in some places online. I'll assume my CA knows the correct lock-period. Even if my car makes it onto a boat in the next couple of days, it'll still be close to the end of Feb for delivery. If December rates ended on Dec-31, I only have until Feb-28 (only because of the holiday and the absurd wait at the port) So does anyone know whether it's 60-days or 90-days, and whether that's incentives-only or also MF/residual? |

My CA in SoCal said they locked the rates/holiday cash for 90 days. I locked rates on 1/2/14, ordered on 1/3 and my F31 should finish production sometime this week. I did the exact same thing 3 years ago with my X5 lease (ordered late Dec, delivered 3/31), and my holiday cash/rates were carried over.

when I purchased my 2011 E92, the rate was locked in for 90days. Put in the order on 12/26 and signed off on the car on 3/30...dealership worked to extend it a few days for me.
