Hi who has done muffler delete and how did they run pipes?
Hi so just cut off my muffler love the sound but very loud in car and drone.
Do you think its because I dont have pipe on it yet putting it to bumper and tip?I don't want to just spend money to weld on pipe to back and still sounds same? So do I need put a vibrant resonator were mufflers were or some mufflers like borla? Any help appreciated.mods are only jb+ and afe twin cone intake. 335i 2008 |

Muffler delete will sound loud and drone-y. period. Resonators will get rid of some of the rasp. So you just did a muffler delete and want to put another muffler in??? lol

I did not know how loud it would get louder than thought.Im wondering if its because the exhaust is under car vrs all the ways back to bumper or that wont do much?well stock mufflers are big heavy quite .love the sound of car sounds great.iI just dont like it is felt under car and threw cab like a muscle car.
So who has muffler delete with pipe and tips ?did that put the sound out back or does it still resonate threw the pipes and up into cab ? |
