M3 or 435i Gran Coupe...lease options

I am curious if anyone knows if ordering for either the new M3 or 435i Gran coupe is open?

Also any clue on what a lease would look like on either

Especially the M3

check out F80 post, tons of info. I do know the initial residuals on the M3/M4 suck...56/57/58% (10k, 12k, 15k)

BMW hasn't released any RV's yet for the M3/4 or 4 Gran Coupe

What kind of payment do you think that would translate to on an M3?

At the very top of this page, to the right of "FORUMS" go to M3, drop down to F80/F82 and click on that. This will take you to F80post. There you will find general stuff and pricing/ordering.

Most people are speculating a monthly cost of ~$1000 on a $75000 car to lease. This is, of course, pure speculation although not that far fetched.
