Just drove the M235i!!

All I can say is WOW! BMW has done an amazing job with the car. I myself have and e92 M3, so that is what I am used to, if I wasn't obsessed with the s65 I would be happy with the M235i as a second option. The handling and braking were excellent and the sound was equally as great. I really feel this car has huge potential.

Aside from the overall drive of the M235 (which I have to admit, is absolutely amazing!) what do you think of the wheels?? I personally have to say I find them hideous!

Just so you are aware, PSS are extremely meaty tires and can make any wheel look small.

They succeed then! Cause they look tiny on the already small 2.

yeah the 193's (18's) on my E90 look tiny now with stock sized (225 and 255) PSS's on them. the ride quality is absolutely worth it though.

To be honest I have looked at many cars with low profile tires and for ME I prefer tires with a tad more sidewall that not. For instance you can get the M3 or the Prosche in 18's with a 40 series tire or in 19/20's in a 35 series tire. Looks prefer Cayman in the 35 series but for ride quality and for a minor defense against the VER BAD Pot Hole" Craters" we have here I would rather have a 40 series which is helps. On my 09 135i I did have a couple of broken rims from the low profile 35 series tires here and with a 40 series it would be better...and the Michelon SS are a great great tire and the slightly bigger sidewall makes a difference in ride quality and are grippy enough for our NJ roads..
I like the rims on the M235i as well and am a Gunmetal fan so...And as mentioned I do like the Michelin SS...just wish the rears were wider to give the car a more stealthy look.
