Good price for '13 M-sport?

There is a 2013 328i M-sport with a bunch of options that has been sitting on a local dealer's lot for nearly the past year. They have it marked down from the $49150 sticker to $42500 online. What do you think I could get it for - $40 out the door? Lower?

$40k out the door might be a bit of a stretch but...that car has been sitting there for quite some time so it doesn't hurt to try. I think it you could get it for $38k + TT that would be a good deal.
