Good deal. Your spec is similar to mine except I have ordered the driver assistance package instead of the moonroof and metallic paint. I'm at $453 for 36 months / 12k miles.

The security deposit is why the MF is .00081 instead of .0013

What if he doesn't like the car in a year and wants out via swapalease, etc? Hes not going to get that money back

Yes he is if he has that as part of the deal with whoever takes over the lease. At the end of the lease term, that $3,500 is going to be returned to somebody.
