worst movie ever, please for your sake do not see it!
Just got back from No Country for old delirious men or something like that, worst movie ever created. I felt like Larrys gf from curb last week and wanted to leave with 8 min left. It was utterly horrible. The characters barely were connected and with 10 min left they introduced a new character who had no development with the plot. Disgusts me. Trying to save my fellow posters 10 bucks and warning you DO NOT SEE THIS FILM!

It's a Cohen(sp) brothers film. I heard it was extremely violent on the radio.
They said it was a mans man film.

It was semi-violent but really nothing horrible, just a HORRIBLE movie. I read reviews before I went and people loved it, I do not know how

Watch the red band (unrated) trailer here:
http://nocountryforoldmen.com/ After seeing a guy use homemade portable cattle stunner to punch a hole in random victim's brains, you'll want to get to the theater. It is said to be even better than Cohen brother's earlier film, Fargo, which won a bunch of oscars. The original novel is one of the most intense and awesome western's I've ever read. Everyone I know says the film is perfect, and it is supposed to be in the running for many oscars this year. I can understand why some people might not like it though. Tremendously brilliant oscar worthy films are not always broad enough for commericial appeal. When I was a kid I couldn't sit through those types of movies because I found them boring and dumb. Now that I'm older and can understand themes/concepts/characters/emotions better I have a much greater appreciation. So my advice to you is grow up. And if you have already grown up then I guess you are one of those people whose taste in movies propagates a disgusting trend of cheap and formulaic hollywood no-brainer films that make me cringe. |

i really want to see this movie, but its not playing any where around me. ive heard nothing but good things about it, but then again no matter how good the movie is and how much praise it gets, there will always be people that hate it and will argue non stop about how and why it sucked....i will see this movie with out a doubt, i love cohen bros movies and i know that i will not be disappointed. ( a good cohen bros movie that is ofter overlooked is Barton fink, i had never seen it until about a month ago and its damn good.)

Horrible Movie......... the audience(included myself) clapped when the movie was over....... "THANK GOODNESS! IT'S OVER!"
