help!!!is it a good deal?
recently i am thinking about swaping my car with m3, however, wondering if this deal worth it?
here is some info about my car: 2007 328i coupe was purchased new on early march 2007, and it currently has 11k miles, the options it has are sports pkg and steptronic transmission. here is the other guy's m3: 2004 SMG M3(non conv.), 45K miles, navi, parking sensor, premium sound, premium wheel, power seats. and he offered me $1000 on top of the deal. what do you guys think??any inputs would be appreciated. |

I wouldnt do it.. After coming from an 04 M3 with SMG I will say the SMG system isnt perfect and if anything goes wrong your looking at $1k to fix it min, the last 6 month I had my car the age was starting to show and I had SMG pumps and computers replaced. With the warrenty going out I quickly hit the BMW dealer and traded it in.
If it was a 6 speed manual I would say go for it if you really want.. But SMG not only the costs, but its not fun after a while. You will be blown away at first but after years of driving it the system is anoying espically if its your daily driver. Ask yourself why the M3 owner wants your 328i and is willing to give you cash... After all you have a slower car ect... |
