I didn't discuss price with him. Mainly we talked about what his plans are for her when she hits the 450 pound mark.

We WERE going to put her in my E90 with her head out the window and take a drive to see what kind of reactions we'd get, but the last thing I needed was to spend thanksgiving in Jail

I have no doubt in my mind it's illegal for that cub to be there, and the "owner" has a good head on his shoulders as far as the animals well being. I talked to him about what he expects to do with her, and his goal for after the holidays (I mean.. who doesn't want a lion around for Christmas???) was going to the San Diego Wild Animal Park with her.

I bet you can't say you've ever spent your thanksgiving with a lion though haha

Holly isht that insane... I remember going to this rich guys place and he actually lost sqft of his house do to his leopard not letting anyone in his library! He would just open the door and throw in a piece of meat!

Not only is it crazy, it is cruel. Wild animals aren't meant to be kept like domestic animals. Here is to hoping the poor thing finds a home with a rescue group or sanctuary.
