Sell all season tires or wait till worn out
My 235i came with the same size matching all season run flats. Would you pull them off now and try to sell as like new (about 500 miles), or wait say 10,000 miles and then replace.
I have been driving gently for the break in period and they aren't terrible (I do not track). One option is to do a 19" swap, but that would have to wait.

Wear them out, especially if you don't hate them. You'll get pennies on the dollar if you sell them or they'll just take up space in the garage.

Unless you can afford new tires and really prefer a much better ride, quiter ride, and stickier ride. RFTs are fine, but they're harder, louder, and don't grip as well as performance tires. I run stock all seasons on my 335 AWD in the winter. Can't wait to get my summers on. Soooo much nicer.

I did call the dealer and said wtf, but I am sure they were ordered that way. Here ins South Florida we don't have all seasons, just one, summer, but we do get wet summer ten dry summer. I also think 19s might look better, so I think I'll suck it up for 10k miles (about November or so), then switch.

Get these for $2,000 and sell my 18s with the run flats for say $1,000?

"If you don't need a winter set you're probably losing less money if you just swap the tires." What's winter? Live in South Florida so no issues. I always run summer tires.
