Microphone issue (nobody can hear me?)

have an 08 328i coupe,

when i tried calling this morning, seemed that no one can hear me, but i can hear them. my iphone 4s pairs with the bluetooth no problem....

i tried to unpair it and pair again with my phone and didnt work

any one knows how to approach this issue?

is there a way to reset everything and try to pair and figure it out?

**just hoping its a settings issue or something***

You may want to try the audio-Bluetooth section (or mods may move this for you) not as much action there but more expertise.
