is that a washer fluid nozzle for the rear camera? wait... does my X1 have one?

Will test the rear camera washer tomorrow.(driving to NYC in the morning)
SpaceSilver.X1 wrotePut the car in reverse to activate the camera, then wash and wipe the rear windows. You’ll see the water spray the camera lens. It’s a great feature! But annoying that it always activates with washer fluid for rear window (especially when you have a clean car)I wonder how many more things I still don't know about my X1.Will test the rear camera washer tomorrow.(driving to NYC in the morning)

tex2670 wroteso I finally saw rear camera washer nozzle in action this morning.Yes, and yes.

SpaceSilver.X1 wroteWere you reversing? Did the Cross Traffic with brake intervention warning activate?so I finally saw rear camera washer nozzle in action this morning.
unfortunately, my neighbor was just walking her dog on the sidewalk by my driveway. the stupid beagle saw the washer spray and ran towards it. I didn't realize it until I suddenly saw a huge dog face on the screen and my neighbor screamed. The silly dog tried to attack the washer nozzle.
timesone wrotewas in my driveway... not moving at all.. I put it in reverse just to watch the washer spray the camera lens. Were you reversing? Did the Cross Traffic with brake intervention warning activate?
I did this a few times, so my neighbor's dog must have noticed all the foamy fluid coming out the back.
SpaceSilver.X1 wroteI hate to say it, but, unlikeso I finally saw rear camera washer nozzle in action this morning.

FZI89 wroteI never moved an inch. I only shifted into reverse to watch the washer in action on the screen. The dog came up to the back of the car.I hate to say it, but, unliketimesone, instead of checking if the intervention took over to protect the dog, my first instinct was, “did the dog scratch the car?!”

SpaceSilver.X1 wroteHe main point is that you finally got to see the washer nozzle in action! (Or that you now know you have a washer nozzleI never moved an inch. I only shifted into reverse to watch the washer in action on the screen. The dog came up to the back of the car.
the dog was not that big, so he only managed to reach the bumper and his paws barely touched the license plate. I just went into the garage and looked. There does not appear to be any scratches.
that reminds me of a reddit thread that I read a few months ago. Some guy's own dog chewed up the front bumper of his Mercedes.

Loved that dog, but he was a terror when he was bored! On a side note, that dog that chewed up the bumper must’ve been one giant beast!
FlashMonkey929 wrotebought my niece when the PS5 came out a couple years ago. Gave it to her while she was at my house. the new console attracted my cat's attention. when we were concentrating on the game, he nonchalantly jumped on the cabinet, as he was trying to catch a glimpse of the birds outside the window. then he suddenly turned around and knocked the brand-spanking-new PS5 off. It fell about 3 feet to the floor and never started back up again. Fortunately, I bought the extended warranty with accidental damage. Got a free replacement new PS5 a week later. Asurion only wanted us to ship back the damaged PS5 by itself and we got to keep the rest of the accessories and controller.I had a 15 pound Jack Russell mix that destroyed my XBox 360 down to the circuit boards.
