Not much change from MY24 except a slight price increase and heated seats and 5G Hotspot are standard.

The article said "the BMW X1 earns major points for its rear-biased xDrive all-wheel drive system"

rear-biased? it's the complete opposite. The current X1 front-biased. In fact, I'm pretty sure that it's 100% front-wheel-drive. The rear wheels only kick in when the xdrive system detects slippage. Of course, I don't write for BMWBLOG, so there's a chance that I'm wrong? ;)

You’re not wrong. The immense torque steer I get in my M35i screams front wheel bias 😂

does that mean I can get a job at BMWBLOG? At least as a fact-checker? (something that I did as a summer internet during summer breaks almost 40 years ago when I was young and worked at the OG WaPo)

The M35i torque steer is dangerous and disappointing given BMW reputation as a driver's car.
Uneven half shafts could have been manufactured properly and solved the problem. Of course front weight bias and nonsymetrical awd contribute to the problem.
