We use the Nuna Rava and while a little tight, it works for us. Our son is a 90th height percentile toddler, so we had to move to forward facing a little earlier than expected. When it was rear facing, only my wife (5’6”) could fit in front; my 6’3” frame could not comfortably. It’s a little better with it front facing now as the front passenger seat has much more room. We keep the passenger seat rather forward though as his long legs will kick the back; YMMV with a shorter kid. The Rava has 5 incline settings forward and rear facing each, so it was easy to adjust for the rear seat angle.
I would recommend something to hang off the headrest as a seat back cover. Otherwise, the Rava has been excellent. Easy to move in and out, no issue with seat damage. Very easy to set up the tether. The cupholder on the door side should not be opened though; it’ll rub on the door arm rest trim.
