Very sad news. I still remember how astounded I was watching her hustle that Transit around the 'Ring. I wish all the best to her friends and family.

OMG that's really sad. It comes as a shock.
Still so young. As one of the few women in the scene she did so much to promote motorsports, the nordschleife and love for cars in general.

This is quite a shock. She was just legendary.
And so young at that. I recall hearing of Murray Walker passing away just a couple of days ago, and now her. Honestly, the older I get, hearing of someone you knew of dying just seems so personal - like another part of your life just taken away for ever, leaving you with just fading memories. |

I shared a beer with her at the Nürburgring bar. What a great personality. I never got in to a ring taxi though. I don't do well as a passenger. Renaming my car after her as of today.

I'm just shocked. I had no idea she was battling cancer. As a survivor myself it's incredible hard to hear this news. RIP...
