I have a BMW drivers school polo that I wear maybe twice a year but that’s about it.
The watch band is appealing, might get one of those.

If I owned a vintage car, I'd be proud to wear shirts that represent it. I really like going to a track and seeing UOP Shadow or 917 shirts from the glory years of racing. Vintage is always cool, but I'll be dead by the time my car is considered vintage.
The only thing I have is a keychain bottle opener so I can tell my keys from the wife's fob.

I have a few BMW branded gear. Three ball caps. One is a white one that's got the M Motorsports branding. The other is on the Motorrad side which is all black with black branding. So it's very subtle and you'd have to be somewhat close to see them. And the last one is a white cap with a single small BMW logo dead center I got doing a past UDE.

The other gear I have are from the Puma outlet store I drop in from time to time when I'm at the beach. Got smoking deals on all of the gear where they were on sale for half off; in addition to not having to pay any sales tax and my first responder discount. I got a nice white fleece BMW Motorsport jacket, black sweat pants, and a pair of driving shoes.

Not sure if it counts, but I have a bunch of California Superbike School swag where the t-shirts and polos have BMW branding on them.

I have a couple Blipshift classic BMW shirts. I always get compliments on them. I also purchased a pair of white Puma BMW branded sneakers. I don't wear them much and when I do, it's more to get a laugh out of my wife and kids. They were like 50% off so I couldn't resist.

I still own an old BMW performance school fleece, and the driving boots are Puma with a small BMW logo.

My wife's girlfriend has a ///M tattooed on her hip. But she's hot. LOL

Hmmm, nope. Never worn my "$1000" BMW baseball cap, lol.

Back in 2016 we went to buy a very lightly used 2016 X1 at our local dealership. It was 6 months old, an early lease return, and they were offering it at something like $7k off the cost of a new one. We had negoatiated financing with the sales dude and were all set to buy. I forget the details but the financing was the CPO rate at something like 0.99% - yes, this was the good 'ol days.

But then after talking to the finance manager the sales guy came back and told us the rate would be 1% highter, as the vehicle was actually too new to qualify for their CPO program offer. That would cost me an additional $1000 over the life of the loan... I ultimately agreed to the higher rate but was visibly dismayed so to try and help ease the blow the sales guy took me over to the merch area and let me pick out a "free" hat. Which my wife now calls my $1000 hat.

Nothing wrong with a cool shirt. I figure it's ok to wear sports stuff and all kind of branded jackets hats purses whatever. It's just clothing.

Maybe if you were wearing BMW double/triple denim aka hat shirt shoes jacket etc that would be a bit much.

Well, you might have been reported to the "FAKE BADGES" thread, if it had turned out that your wife was not a true, um, performance model...

We were given a black BMW hat when we did the driving school. I think I have worn it a couple of times when I could not find my usual hat.

After a shipping issue one of the BMW dealers gave me a BMW shirt that I wear when I cycle to work. Which looks better than the matching PJs road cyclists seem to all wear.

You know it was a dirty trick from the sales guy, don't you? That hat has a meaning.

I own and wear a lot of car t-shirts but none are of BMW. I feel like that's what would take me from a "car guy" to "total douche". I have no issue driving and stepping out of my BMWs with my Hyundai t-shirt, but I would be embarrassed AF if I did that wearing BMW gear.
