I NEVER choose pay with bank when I use paypal. Paypal has tried to stiff me before on charges. When they wouldn't give me my money back, my credit card company was more than happy to oblige. And yes, I still have a paypal account in good standing.

There is a link for comments on their page, use it to warn the next guy.

Sorry to hear about the crappy ex, but it should NOT take nine years for a hit

It is scam through and through, they are betting on the average person not catch how the whole things is worded and making you think you are getting something you are.

Judge Judy slammed one of these scammers on her show. I could not believe the scammer was that stupid to show up in court. They did the same thing made people think they were buying a cell phone which was priced at $99 and in the posting it said you are bidding on "what is pictured here" and they sent the people a picture of the cell phone. This person did not feel they did anything wrong, Judge Judy almost jump over the bench at this person.

The new (real) Lego set that i bought elsewhere came in last night.

It turns out that it had 3 instruction manual booklets, not 2 like these fucks sent me.

Even if i knew that i am buying manuals, the order was still incomplete.

i thought so too. there is no way in hell PayPal would just pay me with their own money, without charge back from the seller.

I agree and paypal always complains about I should have it linked to the checking account...not quite, the only way anyone gets funds from my checking account is if I send them, no auto drafts form my account.

I have to agree with the guy above, looks pretty obvious to me. you have to select the correct category, if it was a rip off it wouldnt be listed and broke down into categories and they certainly wouldnt offer a refund policy.
Perhaps you just got a little greedy.
