I am happy to hear there are buyers for E90 328xi cars for $12,500 though!
For a while I thought it was "just me" who never warmed to the F30. In late 2018 I drove a loaded M sport, dynamic handling, etc 6 cyl car. It was blah. I ended up buying an X3 M40i which felt more like a 3 series than the F30 to me. The new G series cars really do have a bit more of that old BMW spark. |

Not 100% set on that one. Thinking about maybe 540. Down the line, I'll be getting married and have kids. If I think about the future, a 5 series would better fit car seats, and what have you compared to a 3 series. No?

Remember, the f30 is the size of an older 5 series really. The new 5er is enormous, and the 7 is a land yacht IMO.

Off topic question. But, I was working on a deal with Fields BMW. They have a 18 340 with 29k that was listed at $42,995. I got them down to $40,500 (with the $500 loyalty rebate). I was saving $2500~.
I just checked and they dropped the price from $42,995 to $41,995. So, now I'm saving $1500~. I am not sure if I'll be financing or not since I've got light credit (the oldest account is 5 years old. Credit card) I've got a 780 score. If I finance, I get the $500 rebate. If I don't I lose the $500 rebate. I am thinking about going in Wednesday and offering $39,500(with rebate)+++ after I drive it and look at it. I'm leaning more towards paying cash. I won't want to pay a high-interest rate. So, the rebate goes away. Does that sound like a dumb idea? If I do end up financing, should I even put money down? I'll pay it off in 3 months. Last edited by Mosaud1998; 03-01-2022 at 08:21 PM.. |

I think that 340i's price is nuts, that's me. In a normal market, I'd think the one you're looking at would be $30K. That said, I went from an E92 to an F30 340i. I didn't think about the E92 afterwards, the F30 is more modern, better tech, and still very much a BMW. I did a comparison review. Charles
