I think its pathetic that any BMW driver complains about the cost of gas.
On top of that, anyone who makes money (6 digits or close to it) who's complaining about gas prices and blaming it on "W", remember, republicans save you much more money then demos on your taxes.

Therefore, you should feel obligated to pay more at the pump, and you shouldent sweat the small things like gas hitting 5$ when u are already saviong thousands upon thousands on taxes. Everyone looks just to complain. If you cant afford it get rid of your BMW. Hows that idea?

After all, why not make a billionare prince in the middle-east even more rich? Now thats serving a good purpose!

SAVING MONEY ON TAXES - I give that the big Whatever.

I live in New York. There ain't no such thing as a tax break. I paid more in taxes last year than my Fiance made (she is a Senior Account Executive).

what the hell... why is it keep going up? gas price supposed to reach the peak oil figure in 2006(just like 1972) and slowly go down again.

what happened to canadian oil sands that supposed to give us constant oil supply with constant price???

my fat alpine white lady drinks gas like everyday is her birthday.

Aint no lecture, $5 no biggie. I was once a texaco station clerk. According to your story, you paid $35 so if the clerk screw up, it is out of his/her pocket. If I was paying cash and all I have was that $35, c u later gator..

I don't really mind paying so much for gas but our electric bill pisses me off. I think if they gradually raised it like gas prices then I wouldn't have minded but the way they just jacked it up 30% was ridiculous.

The average bill for a Baltimore Gas and Electric customer will rise by 72 percent - or $743 a year - after July 1, the state utility commission said yesterday as it released the results of a reverse auction among suppliers to provide electricity to Maryland utilities.

The increase for BGE's 1.2 million residential customers will be one of the biggest one-year price hikes in the nation. And yesterday's news was the most tangible evidence yet that the power market is quite different from the scenario that state lawmakers and regulators predicted seven years ago when they approved a deregulation plan intended to spur competition and lower prices. It comes as consumers are already dealing with soaring prices for gasoline and heating fuel.

So an increase of 72% in one month. You, are lucky.
