I live in an apartment but I fill 3 buckets with clean water + grit guards and use a lawn sprayer to soap the car (fan spray) and one as a "spotless" rinse (no spray nozzle).

I'll use a local self service to touchless wash to clear heavy dirt/soil before hand washing at home.
