I had no idea my car had this feature, I flip the shift lever to the left and pull back on it and low and behold, I'm in M3 mode, and all for the price of a 328i! Damn those BMW engineers are amazing!

have you seen that? the rev limiter- and pretty much everything is functional, you just need to code it to your car

edit: you need the m3 cluster, not the LED retrofit, there is some guy in texas that does it
