Hey o p, check my car out! It's available for lease transfer and fits all ur requirements besides location. Shipping wouldn't be too bad either and well worth it for a mint M!

Would love to understand lease transfer, just need more to go on, what advantages are there for the new lessee that he couldn't get leasing a car with zero miles and a current yr model. Thanks.

My take on a lease transfer (from the new driver's perspective)..

1) Gets to drive an established proven model type (ie e92) that he/she covets with full warranty.
2) Will only have the financial responsibility for typically 10-18 months until the lease term. Will not have the financial responsibility of maintaining at least 36 months of lease payments.
3) Has the ability to walk away after said 10-18 months.
4) View it as a 10-18 month test drive with the option to buy at the term.
5) Only makes sense if the car warranty expires after the lease term.
6) I view it as a win-win. The current owner needs/wants/has to get out of the car and will probably incentivize the process. The new owner gets in a lower cost per month with fewer months of responsibility.

Just my 2 cents...

BTW, the OP is looking for one in CA. I'm looking for one in the midwest.
Cheers!

Already looked through your listing earlier man. If the car was here in CA I would've jumped all over it already. Goodluck though.
