thats what i figured, Something with high miles and i could just purchase an extended warranty on.

High miles usually means no extended warranty available. They typically have to be purchased with the car <=50k miles or aftermarket through a dealer (ie not here). You might get lucky buying a car with an existing transferable one but would have to get lucky with <$30k budget
