What's good pricing for a new build M3?

Looking at the lease calculator online, it says for what I want, it should be $779 /month + 2,500 down for my zip (Chicago).

Here's what I'm looking at

Executive Package
Adaptive M Suspension
Manual Transmission
Moonroof
Harman Kardon surround sound system

Total MSRP as Built $69,720
Estimated Lease $779 (10k mi, 36mo)

How realistic is it to have a new build done with these options, no money down and a <$800 / month lease?

Also - any must have options I'm missing? Coming back to an M3 from a long hiatus (had an e46)

The HK comes standard in the '16.

Personal taste is all over the board regarding "must have" options. You don't say what seating surface you are getting (Cloth, Extended Leather (included in the Exec), or full boat Full Leather) Full leather for me was a must have, and after going back and forth quite a bit, a moonroof was a must NOT have. I personally like the look of the 19's, but if you are going to go aftermarket on wheels anyway, the 18's are not bad. The other option that stirs a lot of discussion on the board is the LED lighting package. If you don't mind coding your car, then you get some exquisite High Beam assistance. Otherwise it's down to personal preference.

With new Residuals I think u looking more like $840. I went from $785 in may to now $845 on my 16 m3 with 2.5k down. My msrp is $69k. Good luck

If I'm not mistaken...Illinois has that stupid tax law that Georgia has. If that's the case, you may end up added almost $100 to your payment. That calculator isn't really accurate for us 'full tax' states.

Correct -- with MSRP of 70k i had a quote of 775 for 15 and now its 860 for 16 with the same build. the residuals made all the difference

Illinois law changed last year in favor of leasing. No longer taxing the full price.

thanks all.. reading other threads, it appears demand is too high right now to get much of a discount..
