FS: ER Chargepipe Tial Q

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I have an ER Chargepipe, long version, anodized black, with a purple Tial Q bov, one meth bung for the N54 motor.

I payed $500 for this 3 months ago brand new.

This Chargepipe is one of the highest quality available to our cars. The Tial Q sounds amazing and handles boost like a champ.

I'm selling my car this week and won't be needing this anymore.
Comes with everything pictured except the rubber hose.

Looking for $450+ shipping (US Only unless willing to pay more $$)

Im looking into a CP for my 09 with a 06/09 production date. I'm not sure if my car falls into the long version category or not. Will this fit my cars production date? Thanks

Yeah, the long version should fit all N54 motors.

What are the differences between the Long Version and Standard? Apart from the obvious length differences, why would one opt for the Long Version over say..the standard?

I believe it replaces the rubber elbow to the j pipe on the Fmic. I'm honestly not sure. It was all they had available when I ordered and I've been more than happy with it

cars with a stock long charge pipe will not be able to fit a short charge pipe. some after market intercooler kits that replace all the piping to the charge pipe will fit one or the other as well. I ran into the later. I had to purchase a short charge pipe (pre may/09) because my stock one was to long to fit. this will fit any N54 after may of 2009 build. I'm not sure what is required to fit pre may of 2009. I had to cut off the mounting bracket of the short charge pipe because it didn't fit right. the mount didn't reach where it was supposed to and it rubbed the intake so I cut it off.

My car was an 08 and it fit perfect with stock intercooler and better with my ATM

haha. just look at yours. if it has the bend in it like the one pictured then buy it. even if it doesn't and it has a rubber elbow past that, still buy it. it just doesn't work if you have a long one and buy a short one. that's not the case here. if that's the only thing stopping you I'm sure the op will have no problem giving you measurements if you break out the tape measure.
