Decided that I want to do a kitchen upgrade in my house sooner then later and was thinking of downgrading for now to a 335 xdrive. I have a 2011 M3 fully loaded with every option and is a CPO (Warranty can be transferred with a $200 fee.) and the extended maintenance pkg with both good until 2/1/2017. Has 58K miles with the following options:

Competition Package with Competition Wheels
Premium Audio
Navigation with 2015 maps
Space Grey Metallic with full Black leather and Carbon Fiber interior
Dinan DCT Tune
M Performance Exhaust
3 year Tire and Wheel Warranty (Has about 30 months left)
Cold Weather Package
Rear Parking Sensors.


How much should I look to ask for it as I rather sell it then trade it in as I know I will get more money.

To clarify, the warranty is through BMW and will expire 2/10/2017 or 100,000 miles and is the same as the OEM factory warranty the vehicle received upon purchase from the dealership?

The CPO factory warranty will expire on 2/10/2017 or 100k. This has the new CPO coverage so it covers even electronics. Also the BMW maintenance package runs the same as well. The only thing that runs longer is the tire and wheel coverage that I got through Passport BMW as that has about 2 and a half years left on that.

Just dropped it to 41K, the lowest I will consider 40K but would look to have a serious buyer locked up this week.
