New to this forum

I am new to this forum. I acquired this 2009 128i a few months ago and discovered how much fun it is to drive this car. Sometimes I will take the long way home just to enjoy it a little longer. Trying to figure out what I can do to make it even more enjoyable to drive it.

Congrats and Welcome. Car looks great. You may want to copy and paste this post into the general discussion section though, more people can chime in there.

It looks like you didn't get the Msport package. You could make it more enjoyable but upgrading the suspension. I bought the OEM sport suspension used on here for cheap and that made a big improvement. You could also get some new wheels. Cosmetically, you'll enjoy it more. You could get an exhaust to make it sound more aggressive. As for mods that will give you more power, there's not too much we can do with the 128i. If you don't have a SULEV, you can get the 3-stage intake manifold, which forum members claim makes a huge difference. Since my 128i was sold in California new, it had the SULEV N51 instead of the N52, which comes stock with the 3-stage intake manifold. You can also get a tune. The two that seem most common for the 128i are Active Autowerkes and Evolve.

If you want an M-sport suspension, I have the springs and shocks off of my 135i with about 25k miles on them.
