Difference between 2VF and 2VM on the F15
Can someone explain the main difference between these two supensions?
2VF = Adaptive M suspension (exclusive for the M package cars) 2VM = Adaptive comfort suspension (an option for the non-M cars) thanks in advance!

I'm not technically savvy but as far as I know 2VM is Dynamic Dampers and rear air axle suspensions... Primarily focused on making the vehicle more comfortable, shock absorbing, etc.
2VF is more and it is the sportiness of the car that is the main focus...there are a few good threads around this... There's also a photo in the Suspension piece above the main threads that explains them visually... First decide which line you are getting then decide if you want the suspension option or notz |

Thanks for your response and I think you are right!
I'm getting the 2VM mostly because M packages are blocked and canno't be ordered until Jan 16', my car is going into production this coming week (#45) , my car line is called 3E2 "Pure Experience" which looks a lot to the X-line sold in the US. Last edited by motex; 10-30-2015 at 10:11 AM.. |
