Coding is really too simple to pay/wait for someone to do it. Order the cable from ebay, download the software (PM shawnsheridan for links), and get to it.

ok, thanks for the tip, I have pm'd, lets see how far I can get. I used the android app and bluetooth dongle for my e93, but I think that was a ten times simpler effort.

It all depends on how computer savvy you are. The guy who helped me does coding remotley but does charge.. U do however get map updated etc included in the package which saves a fortune

i too would recomend you do this yourself , I dont think you should tobget this done.
i ordered a cable , got the software and reviewed the instructions carefully (read read and read again). It is straightforward but if you have any doubts , stop and check. there are risks obviously but as long as you take it slowly you should be fine, plenty of help on these forums . I amd not an expert in coding but did a few things on my 5 incliding indicators on the HUD and disabling stop start. |

So, its been a task but its done (well started) I had swapped the steering wheel and had an airbag warning, this is now gone, seat belt chime gone, sports dials enabled, chirp on lock set, cameras whilst moving almost setup, dvd in motion still needs a dvd and other needs checking and more research.
