Any KW Clubsport owners here?

Hi folks.

I'm currently using KW V3 on my F82 M4. And keen on replacing V3 with Clubsport 3-Way.

I'd love to hear your experience and feedback on KW Clubsport coilovers.

Yes I run the KW ClubSports but can only give you feedback on how they feel on the road as I had a dedicated Track car that I have been using on Track Days until recently.

Had an issue with the bearings 'Creaking/Knocking' in the Top Mounts but KW sent me replacements which sorted that issue.

On the road they are firmer than the original suspension but not uncomfortable, they made the car turn in a lot sharper which I was pleased with too.

Now I'm in process of selling my dedicated track car so will be doing a few Track Days Next year & will be able to try them in various settings to see which I prefer & will post some feedback.

(Another issue we've found is if we plan on dialing in some aggressive camber settings on the front there may be a need for a 7mm or 8mm spacer as the tyres are very close to the Strut at the moment on Fast Road Settings)

Good to hear, DeeboSTI.
Are you currently using factory default settings for compression and rebounds ?

Does anyone know of the difference in ride height adjustment between Clubsport 3-Way and V3 ?

My current KW V3 is configured to be 2cm lower compared to F82 M4 stock ride height. Anything lower, gives me a headache in driveways. My concern is that Clubsport 3-Way may not allow to be set that high(?)

The V3s can sit lower than the Clubsports, but the Clubsports can still be dropped extremely low...

2.3" front/ 2.0" rear

Here's a picture of a car slammed on the 2-way:

We also currently have the 2-way adjustable kit on our shop car. We love the way it rides, but we will be making the switch to Ohlins soon.

Cheers for the input supremepower.
I'm not really concerned with how "low" KW Clubsport will allow compared to V3.
By any chance, can you let us know if Clubsport allows ride height to be as high as V3 allows ?
I don't want to drop my M4 anything more than 2~2.5cm compared to stock ride height.

Just had a telephonic conversation with KW tech support Germany and I was informed that V3 and Clubsport are almost the same in terms of ride height adjustment.

According to the KW application guide that would appear to be correct

Clubsport
Front Lowering: 0.6" to 1.6"
Rear Lowering: 0.8" to 1.8"

V3
Front Lowering: 0.8" to 1.8"
Rear Lowering: 1.0" to 2.0"

Looks like the Clubsport have the minimal lowering at highest setting in comparison to the V3.

I know you didnt ask for JRZ but the JRZ are designed to ride at the stock ride height or lower..

Yes we use the factory set up for the compression and rebound. Very solid set up straight out of the box
